Australian food bloggers create healthier style of camp cooking

While the sausage sizzle is a family favourite, BIG4 challenged bloggers Christie from Fig & Cherry and Sheryl from One Bite More to explore some healthier camp meal alternatives.

Using the Park facilities at BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park, the challenge resulted in mouth-watering Cajun Chicken with Grilled Vegetables and Polenta as well as Healthy Chicken Sausage Rolls and Sweet Potato Oven Chips.

CAJUN SPICED CHICKEN WITH GRILLED VEGETABLE SALAD AND CREAMY POLENTA
Sheryl Lee, One Bite More

Sheryl from onebitemore.com

Sheryl (or “Shez”) is a twenty-something year old girl of Malaysian-Chinese descent who inherited a love of all things edible from a long line of hearty eaters, which (considering her heritage) is not entirely surprising. Sheryl started onebitemore over a long and lonely January at the urging of friends and fellow food bloggers. Sheryl whipped out a colourful storm with Cajun Spiced Chicken with Grilled Vegetable Salad and Creamy Polenta. Delicious!
