BIG4 Holiday Parks is advising that BIG4 Capricorn Palms Holiday Village in Yeppoon is once again open for business.
The park was temporarily closed as a result of damage (and lack of electricity) caused to the park by Cyclone Marcia, which hit the Queensland coast on 20 February. Thankfully, the damage was largely superficial, and there were no injuries as a result of the cyclone.
The park would like to thank guests and customers for their patience while they have been getting back up and running. The park is now operating as usual and the team at BIG4 Capricorn Palms Holiday Village look forward to welcoming guests.

Cyclone Marcia has reached the Queensland coast and a severe weather warning has been issued by the Bureau of Meteorology. The bureau is reporting that the weather warning extends from ‘Sarina to Double Island Point, extending inland to Duaringa, Moura, Biloela, Monto, and Mundubbera’. BIG4 Holiday Parks would like to issue the following notice to its guests:
